South Road and Richmond Road Intersection Improvements

What’s happening?

The State Government has allocated $9.5 million to construct a third through lane for south bound traffic on South Road, improving traffic flow at the intersection of South Road and Richmond Road.

On Richmond Road, the city bound carriageway east of the intersection between South Road and railway Terrace will be widened to cater for two lanes of traffic.
